  • Condition: Hi folks, the BIN is for 1 of the cast bronze/brass pictured thumb turns. All will have the normal dings and scratches from age and usage. No screws will come with these. These are being sold in as found condition and will need to be cleaned up. These are made of heavy cast bronze/brass and nothing like the imported junk sold at the home centers. The sq steel shaft is about 1/4" x 7/8" long and it could be cut it to the length you need. The back plate is about 1” x 2 1/2” and the knob is about 7/8” x 1 5/8”.     About half of what I sell on eBay is antique hardware most of which I bought before eBay was even someone's dream. First I bought it for the Victorian home I had and then I just started buying it because I liked it.

    I don't ship with newspaper and a prayer; I use quality materials and care. Newspaper is only used as filler but never as the main source of protection.

    I don't know if this came from a smoke free home or not. The fact is almost all antiques came out of a home that someone smoked in at one time.
