    #311 3/4 LOCKWOOD MORTISE LOCK with KEY - FACEPLATE 5 7/16"  VERY NICE  (13189)
    Vintage:  Extremely well made, heavy duty mortise lock!  Works perfectly.  Appears to have had very little use!
    FACEPLATE:  Blacked out brass front plate measures  5 7/16" by 1" wide.  1/8" thick brass.
    BOX:  Box is 3 1/8" deep from the back of the front plate and it is 3 5/8" top to bottom.
    SCREWS: Screws are on 4 1/2" centers.
    BACKSET:  Backset (the distance from the front edge of the faceplate to the center of the knob post hole) is 2 1/2"
    DROP: The drop (the distance from the center of the knob post hole down to the center of the round portion at the top of the key hole) is 2 1/8".
    The lock is easily reversible, very clean, extremely well made, comes with both the key and the strikeplate.
