    Description

    Vertical antique cast iron rim lock, circa 1885, measuring
    4 1/2" high x 3 1/4"
    without the keeper which is additional 7/8".   Lock is
    reversible
    and all original.   Restored to a black finish and complete with original brown mineral door knobs with cast iron rosette, key escutcheon.  Comes with one key.  The night latch on the top of the lock allows the knobs to be locked for privacy without using the keyed deadbolt.  Back set is 2 1/2" to knob center - spacing is 2 1/4".  Original, restored inside and out, complete and ready to use.
