EARLY D M & CO DAVENPORT MALLORY RIM LOCK - COMPLETE - VERY NICE

Vintage Davenport Mallory ( M W & Co.), New Haven, CT, cast steel rim lock in great condition. Complete and in very nice original condition.
The lock comes with a vintage key, the keeper and both the key and the knob escutcheons.  Very well made, we have bead blasted off all the old layers of paint, dirt and grime and complete rebuilt the lock.  The lock is not reversible.
Box measures 3 5/8" wide X  5 1/4" high, keeper is matching in both design and height. Set back from the edge of the rim lock to the center of the knob post hole is 2 5/8".
Set back from the edge of the rim lock to the center of the key hole is the same.  Lock comes with an original set of white porcelain knobs.
Key works fine.
Both the knob and key escutcheon are included.
Most uncommon, this is the early style of rim lock where the edge of the lock body has a lip that covers the door edge.
Complete set, ready for your door, everything you need save for a few screws!
