    EASTLAKE VESTIBULE LOCK w/KEY - 7" FACEPLATE   FULLY RESTORED (8226-4)
    Vintage, Circa 1890, Eastlake mortise lock, could be used for entry or more likely for a vestibule, comes with both keys.  Not marked but could have been M & W who used similar designs.
    FACEPLATE:
    Front plate is brass and measures 7 1/6" long, 1" wide, 3/16" thick.
    BOX:
    Box is 3 3/4" deep from the front edge of the faceplate to the back of the box and it is 4 3/4" top to bottom.
    SCREWS:
    Screw holes are on 6 3/8" centers.
    BACKSET:
    Backset (the distance from the front edge of the brace face plate to the center of the knob post hole) is 2 5/8".
    Very clean, high quality, no rust, functions just fine and comes with both keys.
