Russell & Erwin Beveled Edge Eagle Rim Lock

Description

A large right hand only beveled edge rim lock signed on the deadbolt "Russell & Erwin Mfg." The lock has an American eagle in high relief on the back over. The lock itself measures 5" x 7-1/2 inches high with the keeper being 1-1/2" wide. The lock has a privacy latch on top of the lock that prevents the knobs from turning when the deadbolt is not thrown. The smaller key was given to the house keeper and inserted in the round hole the pulled the striker back so she could enter.
